"Via Dante Vacanze" ist eine neue Ferienwohnung in Levanto.
Eine große neu renovierte Wohnung in einem historischen Gebäude im Zentrum des Dorfes.
Apartment für 4 Personen: 2 Doppelzimmer, ein zusätzliches Schlafsofa im geräumigen Wohnzimmer.
Gut ausgestattete Küche, Tisch und Stühle.
Großes Badezimmer mit Waschbecken, Badewanne, Dusche, WC, Bidet und Handtüchern.
Ein malerischer Balkon mit Blick auf die Straße in der Fußgängerzone.
Für Ihr Frühstück finden Sie vor dem Apartment die historische Konditorei und die Hauptbäckerei.
Levanto ist der Ausgangspunkt für Besuche der "Cinque Terre", mit dem Zug, mit dem Boot und auf Wegen.
Die Stadt ist ein traditionelles ligurisches Dorf mit seinen typischen Stränden, der Umgebung, dem Landesinneren und Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Es ist eine "langsame Stadt", in der die Lebensqualität und das Essen hoch sind, was es zu einem idealen Ort für Familien macht.
Die Sandstrände, an denen Sie Ihren Urlaub verbringen können, erreichen Sie bequem zu Fuß in nur 2 Minuten.
Einige davon sind kostenlos und andere sind gut ausgestattete Einrichtungen.
Der unumgängliche Radweg auf dem Meer mit seiner atemberaubenden Aussicht verläuft entlang der alten Eisenbahnlinie, die Levanto mit den nahe gelegenen Städten Bonassola und Framura verbindet.
Wichtige Information: Kommunikation zwischen Gast und Gastgeber ist erforderlich.

Die Wohnung ist brandneu, gerade renoviert und sehr groß und komfortabel (100 qm), in einem historischen Gebäude im Zentrum des Dorfes.
Sobald Sie die Treppe hinunter sind, befinden Sie sich nur 200 Meter vom Meer entfernt.
Es bietet bequem Platz für 4 Personen und verfügt über 2 separate Schlafzimmer (und ein zusätzliches Schlafsofa im geräumigen Wohnzimmer).
Es gibt eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Tisch und Stühlen. Ein großes Badezimmer mit Waschbecken, Badewanne, Dusche, WC, Bidet.

Nicolo est super nous avons fait toutes ses suggestions : vélo , bateau , marche , restaurant . La communication pendant le séjour se fait par texto , très efficace ! L’appart est idéalement situé à Levanto loin de la foule et pourtant très animé .

Nicolo’s apartment is very spacious, and located centrally in Levanto. It was an ideal location for exploring Cinque Terre by train, boat and foot. Nicolo was very helpful with getting our luggage into the apartment, as well as back into our car at the end of our stay (the area is car-free, and parking is a fair way away). He also offered local tips on places to eat, visit and a good hike from Levanto to Monterosso. Thanks again for the great visit to Levanto and the Cinque Terre! We hope to return!!

The appartment ist just perfect! It has really high rooms, very beautiful old floors, and the situation is in the centre of levanto and near to the beach. The owner is really friendly, can give you good recommendations for restaurants and hikings. We'll come back for sure!

Our host was very friendly and welcoming, he answered quickly to all our demands! (Questions about the Cinque Terre, restaurants, ...) The apartment is right in the center, next to a bakery, the supermarket is around the corner, 5 min walk to the train station, 2 min to the beach... it can be noisy on weekends but we are always traveling with ear plugs, so that was not a problem. The car parking is not next to the apartment (7min walk, with our host explaining things at the same time)but you can drop the bags quickly in front and then go park the car, you won’t need it anyway while visiting the cinque Terre!! The apartment is nice and clean, all redone recently. We had a great time! Thanks again!
