"Casa Mary" ist eine 60 qm große, kürzlich renovierte Wohnung, deren Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar ist.
Es ist nur wenige Meter vom Zentrum von Levanto und dem Strand entfernt und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen.
Neues 55-Zoll-Smart-TV mit kostenlosem Zugang zu Netlix, frei empfangbaren europäischen Satellitenkanälen. Kostenloses WLAN.
Ein kleiner Garten ist direkt vom Wohnzimmer aus zugänglich. Der Garten verfügt über einen Tisch mit Stühlen, Sonnenschirm und Liegestühlen.
Im Sommer können Sie im Garten auf der kleinen grünen Wiese im Schatten des großen Clementinenbaums frühstücken oder zu Mittag essen.
Am Abend können Sie ein romantisches Abendessen genießen.
Ein spezielles Parkticket für das kostenlose Parken in der Stadt Levanto (nur für ein Auto) ist auf Anfrage erhältlich.

Levanto ist der Ausgangspunkt für Besuche der "Cinque Terre", mit dem Zug, mit dem Boot und auf Wegen.
Die Stadt ist ein traditionelles ligurisches Dorf mit seinen typischen Stränden, der Umgebung, dem Landesinneren und Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Es ist eine "langsame Stadt", in der die Lebensqualität und das Essen hoch sind, was es zu einem idealen Ort für Familien macht.
Die Sandstrände, die sich perfekt für einen Urlaub eignen, sind leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Einige davon sind kostenlos und andere sind gut ausgestattete Einrichtungen.
Der unumgängliche Radweg auf dem Meer mit seiner atemberaubenden Aussicht verläuft entlang der alten Eisenbahnlinie, die Levanto mit den nahe gelegenen Städten Bonassola und Framura verbindet.

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein Schlafsofa für zwei Personen und ein Einzelbett.
Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Spüle, Herd und Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, komplettes Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, Töpfe und alles andere, was benötigt werden könnte.
Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine.
Badezimmer mit Waschbecken, Dusche, WC und Bidet, Spiegel, Föhn.
Kostenlose Highspeed-WLAN-Verbindung, die auch im Garten genutzt werden kann.

Fijn appartement, geweldige ligging en zeer vriendelijke verhuurders. Geweldige ligging van het appartement! Op 200m loopafstand van de gezellige straatjes van Levanto met restaurantjes en winkeltjes en op 400m loopafstand van de zee! Verder de supermarkt om de hoek. MariaRita is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het appartement is ruim, goed schoon,heeft een uitgebreide inventaris en goede bedden.

Wenn wir wieder nach Levanto fahren, kommen wir gerne wieder zu CASA MARY Levanto immer wieder gerne :-) Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, Supermarkt direkt gegenüber. Stadtzentrum, Bahnhof und Strand nahe gelegen und super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Garten der Wohnung ist spitze, ein schöner großer Mandarinenbaum und Zitronenbäume, von denen man auch Zitronen für den eigenen Bedarf ernten kann. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und daher perfekt für die Reise mit dem Hund. Tolle Gastgeberin und einfache Abwicklung in der Organisation.

Nice and clean appartment, well-equiped, conveniently located (near the station and supermarket across the street), and with a lovely little garden with citrus trees. The owner was very nice and helpfull, she picked us up from the station and gave us all kind of practical information. A great place to stay to explore the Cinque Terre region.

Le logement est au top, très bien placé dans Levanto, aussi bien par rapport aux commerces qu'aux visites et départ de randonnées. Pas de bruit dans la maison ni aux alentours lors de notre séjour. Très bien décoré aussi. Mariarita nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de naturel : une grande dame !

Ideale Lage - auch für öV-Reisende - beim Tor zur Cinque Terre. Sehr nett von den Vermietern, dass sie uns vom Bahnhof abholten, obwohl dieser nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss entfernt ist. Die Lage direkt bei der Altstadt und in der Nähe des Meers ist ideal. Ebenso befindet sich der gedeckte Markt (täglich offen) und der Supermarkt in weniger als 100m Distanz. Auch der Sitzplatz im Garten ist hübsch und schattig (bei heissem Wetter wichtig). Die komplette Wäsche wird sehr grosszügig zur Verfügung gestellt.

Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, liegt toll in Mitten des Ortes genau zwischen Bahnhof und Strand (beides ca 300-400m). Es ist sauber, verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer zur Straße hin und einen großen Wohn-Ess-Küchenbereich mit einer weiteren Schlafgelegenheit für bis zu 2 Personen (Ausziehcouch) zum Hof gelegen, in dem eine Terrasse zum Sitzen ist und ein Mandarinenbaum steht. Das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei, auch alles andere ist da. Wirklich wie in einem \"bewohnten\" Apartment. Ab mittags hat man hinten im Hof Sonne, vormittags steht sie vor dem Haus zur Straße hin. Für das Auto bekommt man einen Parkausweis und eine gute Beratung wo es stehen darf und wo nicht. Einkaufen überall im Ort, ein Conad Supermarkt und ein Markt ist keine 2 Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen nett und immer ansprechbar. Sie ist sehr flexibel und gibt einem gern Ratschläge und Tipps. Einfach fragen!

Agréable, bien équipé et confortable. Appartement bien situé, à 2 pas du centre touristique et de la plage , à 5 minutes à pied de la gare , proche des commerces ... L'accès wifi est appréciable, Jazzy, notre chien a aimé l'ombre du mandarinier de la cour au retour des ballades !

Comfortable clean apartment, warm and friendly host. I enjoyed just over a week in this lovely apartment. The apartment has everything needed for an enjoyable stay in the lovely town of Levanto - gateway to the Cinque Terre. The wifi worked perfectly, the bed was the most comfortable I slept in during my 8 weeks in Italy. The peaceful courtyard garden provides an area to relax and enjoy an early coffee or a wine after a busy day. Mariarita is a friendly and warm host - she and her partner met me at the train and drove me to the apartment. They explained everything about the apartment and as they would be away for a few days, ensured that I could contact them if needed which I didn't, and then upon their return, came to check everything was OK. Mariarita even booked a taxi for me on the last day to take me to the train. The apartment is well located with a supermarket across the road and equal distance - about 5 minutes walk, from the beach, the many cafes and restaurants, and the train station. Levanto is a very pleasant town with a lovely beach and peaceful after the very busy villages of the Cinque Terre although only a few minutes train ride away. It is also possible to catch a ferry daily from here to the villages. If you are looking for a comfortable apartment within minutes of the Cinque Terre but in a quieter location, then Levanto and this great apartment is the place to be. Una vacanza perfetta. abbiamo passato 8 giorni in questo appartamento molto carino e comodo per via della vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria. i proprietari maria rita e mauro sono due persone gentili e premurose ed inoltre nella casa non manca proprio nulla. Anche la nostra cagnolina si è trovata molto bene per via del giardino. Pensiamo di consigliarla sicuramente.....grazie !!!!

Ideal location and perfectly comfortable. This property was ideally located close to the train station and central Levanto as well as the beach. This made it easy to get to Cinque Terre. Maria was most hospitable and gave us great info on the area for our stay. Very comfortable and everything we needed was there.

Mary's apartment was just what we needed after two very fast pace weeks of touring Italy. We were meet at train station by Mary who made sure we had everything we needed. The train station is a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment as is the market, village and beaches. We loved the feel of Levanto and the ease of traveling to the Cinque Terra's, and Genoa. All of the reviews say it all. We can't wait to return!

Lugnt och centralt i Levanto. Trevlig och välutrustad lägenhet med närhet till både centrum, strand och tågstation. Uthyraren Mary gav ett enormt positivt intryck, hon hämtade upp oss på stationen och svarade mycket snabbt på frågor och tips via sms. Trädgården var en skön plats att ta en eftermiddagskaffe i. Kan varmt rekommenderas! Vi som bodde där var 4 vuxna och två barn under ett år.

Location bien située. Accueil très sympa malgré la barrière de la langue. Appartement très agréable "petit bémol sur la douche qui mériterait d'être modifiée". La location est très bien située à proximité du centre ville, de la mer et de la gare qui est le moyen le plus pratique pour accéder aux 5 villages et permet de randonner de l'un à l'autre. Nous avons passé une semaine de février sous le soleil, un vrai régale à conseiller vivement hors de la foule.

Value for money in every way. There is only one thing to say about our stay in Casa Mary, perfect. The apartment was cosy, clean and practic. The host looked after us very well, and she collected us at the train station when we arrived. We got useful information and could ask for help if we needed. We felt very welcomed and trusted. We indeed felt like HOME. When the sun came out we often sat in the lovely litte garden. Levanto is a great place to stay, its a calm and charming town, full of possibilities. Restaurants, church, shops, cycling, bathing and walking in the mountains, we loved it. And in adittion its near Cinque Terre. Train station only 5 minutes walking from Casa Mary, and 5-15 minutes to the villages of Cinque Terre. TV was super, but vi missed a good TV relaxing chair. Not a big problem though, because most of the time we were outdoors. We highly recommend this charming apartment, and hope to visit it again some time. Randi and Kåre from Norway.

Charming Apatment, Wonderful Host - Perfect! We very much enjoyed our stay at Mary's apartment--- a home away from home!! Everything you need, plus more, was readily available in the apartment - salt, pepper, napkins, bath soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, bath robe etc. It's complete!! The location was excellent with the supermarket just down the street, the train station just a 5-minute walk and the restaurants and cafes a mere few minutes walk too! Mary is a great host, explaining everything to us when we arrived. She was never intrusive and answered our text immediately. She was even very apologetic for not coming over to have drinks and a chat with us a few days later because she had a bad cold!! I don't think I will ever stay anywhere in Liguria except at this apartment. It was that perfect!!

The perfect place to stay. Perfectly located, 10 minutes from the railway station, five minutes from the sea. Close to restaurants, shops and what ever you need. Levanto is the ideal place to stay when you want to explore the Cinque Terre, we also had useful tips about excursions from Levanto to Monterosso, and north. Lovely sandy beach, markets with fish, fruits and vegetables just minutes from the flat. The flat itself is spacious, clean and calm. You will find what ever you need her. Mary is the best host ever, I hope we will see you again some time! Thanks for a holiday we will remember for a long, long time.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME! We had a great time at Mary's place! She was a great host and her place is in a fantastic location. Not only is Levanto a very cute town but is close to the station from where you can go, in a few minutes, to all the Cinque Terre villages. We were travelling by car and she gave us a card to park in the area...very convenient! There were 4 adults and the apartment had enough space for all of us. She had everything one might need and a washing machine was a very welcomed bonus. Thanks Mary, it was very nice to have met you! Until another time, Emilia

perfect stay for the cinque terra. I found "casa mary" exactly as advertised and more. From first contact by email Mary was beyond helpful, with valuable information about what to expect upon arrival,buses, trains etc. Booking it was a breeze. She picked us up from the station..we were there in two minutes! Her place was spotless,linens,pillows etc. were fresh and clean. Beds were comfortable. It had everything needed for a great stay. Flat screen with some english channels, washer, kitchen had everyting. Levanto and the cinque terra was a wonderful snapshot of old Italy. I would stay there again in a second!

Mare Profumo di Mare… Soggiorno perfetto, non è mancato nulla durante la permanenza con il mio bimbo di 7 mesi e mezzo. Casa ordinata e pulita, localizzata in un punto strategico a pochi minuti dal mare. Apprezzate le decorazioni applicate ai muri. Il giardino poi ti dà un ossigeno in più, ideale da sfruttare nel periodo primaverile/estivo. Consigliato anche per una fuga dalla città!

cosy home clean and near everything. Although it was winter,we had a nice stay in Levanto.The flat was cosy,very clean and equiped with everything you need.It is in the centre of Levanto near the shops,near the sea and not far from the beginning of the walking paths. The owner Mery is also a very nice and helpful person.

Great place to stay in Levanto. Mary is the perfect host and her appartment has everything you need for a vacation. We spent our 2013 Christmas and New Year here and we had great time. What you see in the pictures is what you get: a master bedroom with a king size bed, closets and drowers with plenty of room for your staff, a living area with an extensible couch for two, a fully equipped kitchen with washer machine(and a clothes line in the back yard to dry your clothes "italian" style), clean bathroom in perfect working condition with plenty of towels and bathrobes, and not to forget the back yard with orange, mandarine and lemon trees a place were you can spend your afternoons enjoying a glass of local wine. The heating system was working well. The way Mary decorated the apartment creates a friendly and cozy atmosphere, feels like home. The building was quiet same the vicinity. At the corner of the street is the grocery store Conad and down the street a fresh market that was open few days during our stay. A restaurant that we will recommend is Due Lune located on Coors Roma close to the sea. Regarding Mary she is a nice and friendly person, she wait for us at the train station, drove us to the place, unswear to all our questions giving us great points what we can see around and didn't bother us at all during our stay but answering to our calls and email right away even she was in vacation too at that time. If you are looking for a place to explore the Italian riviera from Lerici to Portofino including Cinque Terre this is the place to stay. Thank you Mary.

Cheerful, clean, comfortable and roomy apartment in a great town. We are a couple who stayed in Mariarita's apartment for 4 nights in December, 2013, and wish we had stayed longer. Levanto is our new favorite place, the apartment was very comfortable and roomy, and Mariarita was the perfect landlady. The apartment is very clean and has eveything you need for a comfortable stay. It has a full size kitchen, completely equiped for any cooking/serving. There was a big bowl of just picked oranges on the table, and orange, lemon, and mandarin trees in the small garden just outside. There is a clothes line in the yard, in case you wash a load in the washing machine. (We did.) The preset heating was perfect. The large bed is comfortable, the bedroom has plenty of clothes hanging and drawers, it is quiet and restful. The shower is great, everything works well, there are plenty of towels and even some bathrobes. We are a couple, but there is lots of space for a small family or some friends traveling together. The bedroom is separate and private and the living area next to the kitchen has a convertible sofa. Overall, the décor is cheerful and bright, with mural art painted on the walls, as in the photos. If you read Italian, there are lots of books! Mariarita is friendly, kind, knowledgable about the area, and very prompt in answering our questions. She introduced us to the pizza maker who makes the traditional Farinata (chickpea pizza), which we had with the locally made pesto: fantastico! And don't miss the Salty Dog Cafe for a glass of delicious Levanto wine, which they serve with small bites in a great atmosphere with music. A Conad grocery is a block away, and there is a covered morning market close by. We were fortunate to be there during the weekly Wednesday market around the corner. In December many of the water edge Cinque de Terra trails are closed, but we walked the one between Corniglia and Vernazza, with great enjoyment. We also hiked from Levanto to Monterosso, which is a more difficult rocky trail, but good exercise. (Not for someone with bad knees.) We also walked the easy path from Levanto to Bonassola and up into the hills. There are tons of trails for hiking and, we understand, for biking. There is a large beach in Levanto, and surfing. We wholeheartily recommend Levanto and Mariarita's apartment for your Cinque de Terra stay. Levanto has more stores, services and restaurants to offer than the hillside villages and the first village is a 4 minute train ride away. We want to come back!

Paradise in Levanto steps away from the beach. We had the pleasure of staying in Levanto at Mary's apartment and it was the highlight of our entire trip to Italy. We have been to Italy several times and have stayed in the Cinque Terre towns but this time we wanted to stay nearby in Levanto and get away from all the tourists. We were on the train leaving Florence and came across Mary's apartment. We quickly e-mailed and Mary and her gentleman friend met us at the train station in Levanto. Levanto is even lovelier than I had imagined with lovely views, upscale shops and restaurants. Mary was in the process of installing wifi to the apartment and as she promised, it was quickly installed that very afternoon! The apartment is immaculate, spacious, tranquil and beautifully decorated. All kitchen supplies eg; dishes etc. were provided. A wonderful bathroom complete with plenty of linens and even 2 luxurious bathrobes. The sweet garden has several mature lemon trees. Mary herself is an absolute delight, charming and funny. Mary arranged for us to visit Sesta Godano, a nearby village, the birthplace of our friend. Not only did Mary arrange transportation with a local driver, she even located our friend's family in the village! Upon Mary's recommendation, we also walked to Monterosso and the village of Bonasolla, both are breathtaking! We dined at the local restaurants and enjoyed living in paradise! We highly recommend Mary's apartment in lovely Levanto. We definetly want to return for a month long visit.

Absolute heaven! First of all, if you are interested in exploring the Cinque Terre, Levanto is the ideal spot. It's an absolutely beautiful town with wonderful restaurants and a gorgeous beach. This incredibly large and comfortable home is a seven minute walk to the train station, and by train takes you to the first town in four minutes. Mariarita is the most wonderful host. She picked us from the train station and even took us to see a sunset on our last night. The house is absolutely perfect. Enormous kitchen and living room. The lovely patio outside is perfect for sipping a glass of wine and alfresco dining. It's a safe quiet spot only five minutes from the beach. We couldn't have been happier. This was our very first trip to Italy and our wonderful experiences in Levanto made our anniversary celebration that much more special. Thank you Mariarita.

Excellent séjour. Cet appartement est vraiment très bien. Il est totalement équipé et situé idéalement entre la plage et la gare de Levanto ce qui permet de prendre facilement le train pour visiter les cinque terre et y randonner. Cerise sur le gâteau : la propriétaire est charmante et drôle.

Casa accogliente, pulita e organizzata. C'era di tutto e non mancava nulla. Bel giardino da sfruttare in estate. Posizione vicina ai negozi e alla spiaggia libera. Non abbiamo mai preso l'auto. Con il pass abbiamo parcheggiato l'auto senza problemi. E' vicina alla stazione ferroviaria per andare comodamente alle cinque terre.

Bellissimo appartamento vicino alla spiaggia. Siamo una famiglia con due bambini e siamo stati veramente bene. Grazie Mary per tutto! Wonderful appartment near the beach. We're a family with 2 children and had a perfect stay. Sehr schönes Appartment, Strand und Geschäfte ganz in der Nähe. Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern) haben es sehr genossen.

Great Time in Levanto. Mary was great, she met us at the train station in Levanto and took us to our place. The apartment has everything you'll need for a vacation. It was a great space for a family or couple to enjoy. The location was perfect, only a 10 minute walk to the train station, which is one stop (4 minutes) away from the first Cinque Terre village. Also close is the Levanto beach. If you're looking to go and explore Cinque Terre, this is the perfect place to stay. Graeme. Canada.
