In one of the most exclusive and quiet areas of Levanto, “Marlà” boasts an amazing view over the sea, over the gulf and on Levanto and Punta Mesco.

IMPORTANT: please note that, as it can be seen from the pictures, this home is on a hill, above the sea level.
Having a car is definitely recommended.
If you come to Levanto by train, on foot you will have to walk 800 meters of an uphill road to arrive at the apartment (15 minutes).
The train station is 2,2 km away. Please consider this aspect, to avoid misunderstandings when you arrive here. Walking is not recommended if you are not used to! In summer it could be too hot; at night the road is not lighted enough.

The apartment has been recently renovated. It is composed of: an open-space kitchen-living room, a double bedroom and a sofa bed double in the living room.
Patio and garden, sea-view, private parking place inside the property.
Well-equipped kitchen, with dishwasher.
Bathroom with bath-tub and washing machine.
Free Wi-Fi.
The outside area is equipped with table and chairs and two sunbeds, to relax and have al fresco meals.

1 km from the nearest beach. 1 km from the cycling path “Ciclopedonale Maremonti”.
Incredible pebble beach at 1,5 km from the house, just after the first tunnel of the cycle path.
1,5 km from the main square of Levanto.
2,2 km from the train station.
Please note: the last 150m of the street to reach the house are quite steep. Since “Marlà” is on a hill, it is suggested to travel by car (total length of the uphill road: 800 meters).

Tourist information:
Levanto is the starting point for visiting the Cinque Terre, by train, by boat and by paths.
The city is a traditional Ligurian village with its typical beaches, surroundings, inland and sightseeing.
It is a slow city where quality of life and food are high, making it an ideal place for families.
Its sandy beaches, perfect to enjoying holidays, are easy to reach on foot.
Some of these are free and others are well-equipped establishments.
Its unmissable bike path on the sea with its stunning views, it extends along the old railway track, which connects Levanto with the nearby towns of Bonassola and Framura.

The apartment sleeps up to 3 people, with a double bedroom and sofa bed double in living room.
Large kitchen-living room.
Well-equipped kitchen, with dining table, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, moka coffee maker, kettle.
Initial sets of bedlinen and towels are provided, included in rental price.
Subsequent change or addition of bedlinen or towels upon request (surcharge, extra cost).
Washing machine.
Bathroom with bath-tub.
On the ground floor.
Equipped outdoor area, for al fresco dining.

Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.
We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.

Important notes:
- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- On the spot, guests must pay the tourist tax (1,5€ per person per day, for a maximum of 3 days, from 14 years old).
