The house is set in the green of olive trees and pines.
There are two bedrooms with double bed, and a bedroom with single bed (this single bedroom is adjoining to a double bedroom).
Small bathroom with shower. Cellar, washing machine.
The garden can be accessed from the cellar: you exit the apartment, enter the cave, then you get to the garden.
The house is inside a small village, so it cannot be reached directly by car.
Free parking possibility at just 300 meters from the house. From the parking, the house can be reached with a walking path.
Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.
We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.

- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 1€ per person, per day, only for the first 7 days, and only for guests over 14 years old. If possible, please prepare in advance the correct amount. Thank you.

Séjour très agréable dans un village charmant. Très bon accueil de Mara également. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison de Mara, qui est vraiment située dans un village magnifique et authentique tout près de la mer. La vue du jardin est aussi très appréciable! L'arrivée jusqu' à la maison est pleine de charme, on s'y sent bien! Mara est accueillante et très réactive si besoin. On reviendra avec plaisir!

Devo dire che mi sono trovato molto bene a Casa Mara, anche se all’inizio la distanza dal mare mi preoccupava un po'. Ma in realtà si tratta di pochi minuti, ed in cambio il posto è molto piacevole e tranquillo con spazi grandi in casa ed un bel giardino.

We wisten niet wat we moesten verwachten van Mara's huisje midden in dorp , maar het was echt een leuke locatie. Een vrije tuin met een mooi uitzicht over de zee. Dat zou je niet verwachten midden in het dorp. Het huisje was netjes verzorgt. Mara is zeer gastvrij en doet er alles aan om de gasten bij aankomst het naar de zin te maken. Een echte aanrader deze locatie.

Casa Mara si trova in una frazione di Diano Marina, Serreta. La distanza dal mare non è molta ed anzi ad agosto è stato molto piacevole stare in un posto senza confusione. L’appartamento è pulito e molto spazioso. Il giardino è grande e molto panoramico. Molto soddisfatti della vacanza.

Ho passato una settimana a casa Mara con la mia famiglia, due genitori e due bambini. Posto molto bello, con spazi molto grandi e a pochi minuti di auto dal paese e dal mare. Il giardino poi era un valore aggiunto per i bambini che ci hanno passato molto tempo. Sicuramente lo consigliamo.

Casa Mara è davvero un posto perfetto per una vacanza con famiglia o amici: L’ entrata è da un piccolo vicolo ma poi sul retro si apre un grande giardino dove prendere il sole o pranzare. La casa è molto spaziosa, molto colorata; l’arredamento un pò datato ma confortevole. Ad agosto è stato veramente piacevole avere un posto così tranquillo lontano dall’affollamento del paese. Consigliato
