Description
The Colibrì apartments are newly built, located in the city center of Diano Marina, a few meters from the sea.
Each unit is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite television, washing machine and dishwasher for a quality stay and a truly relaxing holiday.
All apartments have a kitchen equipped with an induction hob.
In the center of Diano Marina, Flowers Riviera, Liguria.
Very close to the sea and the beaches.
Shops, bars, restaurants, bank, pharmacy, supermarket: just a few meters.
Private parking or garage (upon request, surcharge).
Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.
We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.
Important notes:
- Check-in time: from 16:00 to 20:00. In case of late check-in, after 20:00, there is a surcharge of 10 Euros per extra hour after 20:00.
- Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 1€ per person, per day, only for the first 7 days, and only for guests over 14 years old. If possible, please prepare in advance the correct amount. Thank you.

Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. 10 Minuten zum Zentrum oder zum Strand. Genial. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren auch nach Monte Carlo oder ins Piemont. Aussenparkplatz oder Tiefgarage kein Problem. Gutes Preis-Lestungsverhältnis

Für uns war es wichtig, innerhalb weniger Gehminuten alles Wichtige zu erreichen. Der Bäcker befindet sich genau auf der anderen Strassenseite. Kiosk und Pizzeria nicht mal 50 Meter, 300 Meter bis in die Altstadt und zum Strand. Was will man mehr. Wir kommen wieder.

It is not the first time we go to Diano Marina for our summer holidays and rent an apartment. My parents took me there when I was little and memories are still in my head. I haven`t been for a long time but this summer we saw on the internet the new Colibri Apartments and decided to give it a try. It turned out to be a great decision. Top value for money and everything was new.

Einfach Perfekt. Perfekter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter! Sehr professionell! Ferienwohnug sehr gut ausgestattet! Küchenutensilien sind alle vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand! Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke noch einmal an Mauro und seinem Team

We stayed at the Colibri Apartments for the first time and are absolutely satisfied for what we got. They have everything you need. Not too much and not too little. They are brand new and well kept. We surely will go there again.
