Perfect for a romantic getaway, or for families and friends of up to 3 people.

Very nice, cozy little apartment, elegantly furnished.
On the first floor (one flight of stairs), with a small veranda.
The apartment has a kitchen-living room, with dining table, kitchenette with dishwasher, sofa bed, TV.
Nespresso.
There are two bedrooms, one double, one single (large single bed).

Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer.
The living room has an exit to a small veranda, with washing machine and clothesline.

The beach can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The closest one is exactly 100 meters away!
The surrounding beaches are all sandy. Most of them are private (establishments where you need to pay for umbrella and sunbeds).
Free beach: about 1 km away (Molo Landini or at the traffic light of Diano Marina).

In a great location: shops, bars and restaurants are very close.
The Diano Marina promenade begins a few steps from the apartment.
Minimarket 250 meters away. The central area of Diano Marina, with its pedestrian area and other shops and restaurants, is about 600 meters away.
There are 3 large supermarkets about 1 km away, easily reachable by car.

On request, according to availability: private parking place, 50 meters away, behind a gate, 10€ per day, to pay on site. Please ask if available and specify your car size.

Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.
We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.

Important notes:
- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- upon check-in, guests have to pay in cash the Tourist Tax, according to fees and rules imposed by Diano Marina Municipality. Applicated from 14 years old.
