Description

New apartment for 2, maximum 3 people, with balcony.
Perfect for couples. Ideal for a peaceful stay: the condominium is located just outside the center of Diano Marina, 35 meters above sea level.
The center of Diano Marina, with shops, restaurants and the pedestrian area is 800 meters away.

With balcony, accessible from both living room and bedroom, equipped with table and chairs, and a deck chair. Drying rack.

The apartment, in a quiet residential area, is panoramic: it overlooks the gulf of Diano Marina, and the villages of Diano Castello and Cervo are visible (two of the most beautiful villages in Italy, which we recommend you visit!)

The condominium is located 1.3 km from the central beaches of Diano Marina (sandy bathing establishments), reachable in 15 minutes on foot.
Please note that the last 300 meters to come back to the apartment are slightly uphill.
Large supermarket at 650m (with a slight ascent/descent).


On request, based on availability and with a surcharge: possibility of requesting sunbeds and umbrella at a beach (extra to be paid separately. Variable rate based on the number of people, the place available, and the period).

The apartment has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and TV with satellite channels.
On the second floor, with lift.

On request: private parking place close to the house, 10€ per day.

There are some public parking spaces in the area (along the road, and in a square behind the building).
Possibility of parking bicycles (and, on request, also e-bikes in a shelter with key, in common with the other condominiums).

Very convenient for coming back home after a day at the beach: the bus stop is right under the house, in front of the entrance. Bus line: number 31 of "Riviera Trasporti", Diano Marina – Diano Castello section (time schedule and rides vary, according to the season).



Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.
We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.

Important notes:
- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- upon check-in, guests have to pay the Tourist Tax, according to the rules and prices imposed by Diano Castello Municipality.
