On the 5th floor, with elevator (there are only 2 steps).

- Parking -
Upon request (surcharge): parking private place in a garage, for 1 car. Garage size: 4,50 meters x 3,30 meters. Extra cost: 100€ per week. The garage is offsite, 200m from apartment.

- Cycling path -
The apartment is just above the amazing cycling-pedestrian path, that connects Imperia to Sanremo and Ospedaletti: the access to the cycling path is just 50 meters from the entrance door.
More than 30 km of continuous cycling path! With scenic views and access to many villages of "Riviera dei Fiori". It is an excellent way to discover the coast, beaches and villages.
And if you don't want to bring your bike... no worries: there are several bike rental shops in the city... and you can choose also e-bikes!

- Location -
The apartment is in an excellent, unbeatable location: in the centre of “Imperia Oneglia” (one of the two parts of which Imperia is composed: Imperia Oneglia + Imperia Porto Maurizio).
It is 100 meters from “Calata Cuneo”, the main pedestrian area of Imperia Oneglia. “Calata Cuneo” is the esplanade, along the tourist port. There you will find many restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, pubs.

Many more premises in the surrounding area:
- Pub and cafés for drinks and aperitif...
- Easy-going restaurants (osteria and trattoria) and higher level restaurants; pizzerias... All kind of foods!
- Restaurant on boat: “Pingone”, fishers and cooks.

- Beaches -
The nearest beach is just in front of the apartment, 100 meters from the building (private beach: “Sogni d’Estate”, with swimming pool).
More beaches, both private and public, can be found just after "Sogni D'estate", therefore at a greater increasing distance. They are still close, easily reachable on foot.
Other beach establishments: Koko Beach (300m), Papeete Beach (600m).
Then, there are free beaches; and free-equipped beaches, with kiosk / café where you have the possibility to rent sunbeds, like “Pennello” (400m).
Nice beach with pebble and rocks: “Rabina” (800m) and “Galeazza” (1 km). "Galeazza" is the name of a big rock: symbol of Imperia. It is an imposing rock that stands out on one of the most beloved beaches of the people of Imperia... and it's also subject of a painting in this apartment! For the bravest: from the top of this boulder you can dive in the sea!

Comfortable apartment, for 4 people. Perfect for couples or small families, for a relaxing stay and a beach vacation. Great starting point to visit the Italian Riviera and the Ligurian villages.
The apartment is composed of:
- a kitchen-living room, with dining table. Equipped kitchen, armchairs, Smart TV with some satellite channels. Air conditioning. Oven, cooktop, microwave, American coffee machine, Moka. Exit to terrace.
- two bedrooms with double bed, both with air conditioning and both with an exit to a quaint, narrow balcony. Smart-TVs.
- two bathrooms with shower (one of the bathrooms is attached to a bedroom, so it is an ensuite bathroom).

Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.
We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.

Important notes:
- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 2€ per person, per day, only for the first 10 days, and only for guests over 14 years old. If possible, please prepare in advance the correct amount. Thank you.
